Pathfinder WMS

Implementation

A dedicated Pathfinder — not a shared tenant you log into

Each customer receives managed environments, promoted through configuration, test and live. The warehouse URL is issued to you. This website does not contain it.

How a Pathfinder goes live

  • 1. Discover the operation — Warehouses, clients, order profile, RF devices, printers, and which host systems must move. We are explicit about what Pathfinder will and will not replace on day one.
  • 2. Stand up dedicated environments — Configuration, test and live instances on Pathfinder-managed infrastructure. Branding, entitlements and databases are yours — not a row in a multi-tenant SaaS.
  • 3. Configure, do not fork — Locations, zones, rules, pack stations, carriers, QC plans and roles. The warehouse changes through settings and the rules engine, not a custom branch of the product.
  • 4. Connect the floor — Pathfinder RF on Zebra-class devices, Print Agent on the belt printers, and the operators who will run the first shift.
  • 5. Connect the hosts — Partner API, SFTP, AS2 or webhooks — with intake you can diagnose. Integrations are part of go-live, not a sequel.
  • 6. Test, then cut over — Promote through test into live. Cutover is a warehouse event: receipts, waves and dock visits have to be true on Monday morning.
  • 7. Operate — Pathfinder support monitors jobs, sessions and print. You run the warehouse. New sites follow the same product, not a new implementation methodology.

Tell us about the warehouse. We arrange a demonstration on a Pathfinder instance — not a public login from this website.
