What it covers
- Stock owners — Inventory, orders and billing scoped to the client who owns the stock — the 3PL operating model, not a workaround.
- Client portal — Dashboard, inventory, inbound, outbound, billing and new order — for the people who are not on the warehouse floor.
- White-label — Portal and operator screens carry the customer’s brand. Stock owners see their operation, not Pathfinder’s marketing.
- Billing — 3PL billing in the same insights suite as labour and reports, so storage and handling are not a monthly reconstruction.
What clients see
The portal is a separate sign-in from the warehouse app, issued on the customer’s Pathfinder URL. Clients can review inventory, inbound and outbound, raise orders where you allow it, and see billing — without a seat on the dock board.
What the 3PL runs
One warehouse, many owners. Rules, locations, RF and dock stay in the operator product. Entitlements control who may use RF, the desktop and the portal so contracts match the live system.
