Can we log into Pathfinder from this website?
No. Customer warehouses are reached by a URL we issue. This site has no login and no link to those systems.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on sites, clients, RF estate and host integrations — not on a shared-tenant signup. We stand up dedicated configuration, test and live environments and promote through them. Ask for a plan against your operation on the demonstration form.
Do we need particular handhelds?
Pathfinder RF is built for Android / Zebra-class devices with DataWedge. It is not a consumer phone pretending to be a scanner. Offline sync is part of the design.
How do labels print?
Pathfinder Print Agent runs on Windows, macOS or Linux and takes cloud jobs to local ZPL, EPL or raw printers — including belt labels from RF.
Can a 3PL run multiple clients?
Yes. Stock owners, a client portal and billing are native. Clients see their inventory and orders; they do not get the dock board unless you put them on it.
What about our ERP?
Connect through the Partner API, SFTP, AS2 or webhooks. We do not require you to buy a named connector pack. API documentation lives inside your Pathfinder environment.
Is there SSO?
OIDC for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or a generic issuer. SSO can be required per warehouse. Pathfinder support can use TOTP MFA.
Where is the system hosted?
On Pathfinder-managed infrastructure as dedicated instances (not a public multi-tenant app). If you have data-residency requirements, raise them on the demonstration request.
Do you publish pricing here?
No. Licensing covers RF devices, users and portal seats against the contract. We discuss commercial terms in a demonstration, not as a public price grid.
Is Pathfinder an AI WMS?
No chatbot is the product. Intelligence here means a rules engine, a work orchestration spine, slotting and labour standards. We do not advertise agents we have not shipped.
